What's Ahead in 2006

Hi everybody. This is Will Thalheimer, PhD, Executive Editor of the Work-Learning Journal.

Big plans this year. In addition to my normally brilliant riffs on learning research and learning practice, I'm going to add some exciting stuff to the Work-Learning Journal in 2006.

  1. Podcast interviews with researchers.
  2. Podcast interviews with practitioners who are using research-based practices in building their learning interventions.
  3. Commentary on research that is needed for our field to advance. This is important because while there is great research in the refereed journals, we need to have more applied research.
  4. Podcast soapbox oratories by me, so you can here the sexy sound of research-based practice.
  5. Articles from researchers and practitioners.
