First, I would say that the answers to these four questions are NOT e-learning companies. For instance, the best learning platform is Google. The most innovative may be Flickr. IMO, the best learning companies/developers are those that let people do things that they couldn't do before . These would also include Gmail, Blogger, Skype & Wikipedia.

To echo Harold's thought, I'd add that the best learning platform is web-based.

The most innovative are open source and social networking/collaboration solutions.

The best learning companies will capitalize on both, creating new "killer apps" that let people do things they couldn't before.
