Gary Rothstein

I tend to believe we are limited more by our mental capacity, than by our ability to learn in the case of in-vehicle cell phone use. Please see my article on the the subject matter: http://www.mobileawareness.com/detail_essential_data.php?id=86

None the less, your thoughts on the subject are well conceived. Since this is such a major and growing concern, your expertise in providing an educational solution (for those that refuse to turn off their cell phone while driving) would be of great benefit to all those drivers that do.
