Its a great review. I would buy the book, if it did not look it little bit to much like what Broad and Newstrom wrote in their book on transfer.
I find myself slightly disappointed to read these elements again, 15 years after Broad and Newstrom wrote their book on transfer of training.
What is happening in the field of HRD, that training developers and buyers need to be reminded that training does not stop at the door of the classroom?

Or does the HRD field need to start using marketing techniques to sell transfer to the market?
