I couldn't agree more, very well said. I truly believe the magic question can be used for all content, including compliance content. SarBox? Absolutely. Safety? Definitely. Security? Most certainly. Businesses are beginning to find that checking the box doesn't pass the tests in the courts anymore. Even they want to see real behavior change which is based on what we DO.

Not to mention, the magic question is much more likely to focus the session on business outcomes, so ROI/ROV/etc becomes an almost natural outcome of the process.
