Point 6 and point 9 are especially interesting.

It's interesting that you highlight 'production values' as being important for warmth. I wouldn't have thought of it, but I think you're right.

'Personalising agents' run the risk of falling into the 'uncanny valley' trap (or the 'smarmy salesman' or the 'paperclip problem').

I wonder if this rule of thumb works - Production values of material > production values of personalising agent = more credible?
